CombatCon is on track to become the largest event of its kind in the world. With over 200 hours of programming, 50+ instructors across multiple martial disciplines, and dedicated tracks for writers, actors, stunt people, and fencers, CombatCon is a one-stop-shop to gain brand recognition in fight circles of any kind. Iron Level ($100)
- Your company logo displayed on our website (with a link to your site)
- Your company name printed in program
Bronze Level ($250)
Includes all the benefits in the lower levels while including the following:
- Table space for literature in the registration area
- A social media burst* prior to the event
Silver Level ($300)
It includes all the benefits in the lower levels while including the following:
- Printed banner in tournament hall (must be provided by Sponsor)
- Your company mentioned in the HEMA Tournament Finals videos
Gold Level ($500)
It includes all the benefits in the lower levels while including the following:
- Special recognition in live stream/finals video
- Social media bursts* (additional 3 times before/during the event)
- Event bag or program inserts (must be provided by Sponsor)
Platinum Level ($1,000)
This level is great for small businesses and those who may choose to advertise from outside the local area. It includes all the benefits in the lower levels while including the following:
- Complimentary admission to the event (for 2)
- 1 Banner in vendor hall entrance or demo ring (must be provided by Sponsor)
- Logo in program under Sponsors
- Sponsorship announced each day in tournament ring
Diamond Level ($2,500)
This level is best for small businesses and those who may choose to advertise from outside the local area. It includes all the benefits in the lower levels while including the following:
- Complimentary admission to the event (for additional 2; 4 total)
- Tournament named after your company
- Social media bursts* (additional 3 times before/during the event)
Sapphire Level ($5,000)
This level is an ideal investment for local businesses or services who want to advertise directly to the local market. It includes all the benefits in the lower levels while including the following:
- Your company logo prominently displayed in our event program
- Room naming rights to a panel room with your company’s banner (provided by Sponsor)
- Complimentary admission to the event (for additional 2; 6 total)
Emerald Level ($10,000)
This level is our most popular level of sponsorship and gives you all the benefits in the lower levels while including the following:
- Room naming rights to a training/class room, with company banners throughout the event (provided by Sponsor)
- Additional company signage in high traffic areas
- Your logo printed on marketing materials and event t-shirts
- A half page advert in our event program
- Complimentary admission to the event (for additional 2; 8 total)
Ruby Level ($25,000+)
Your sponsorship will be rewarded with all that is included in the lower levels, but will also include the exclusive and coveted opportunities below. We would also like to offer the potential for product exclusivity. Please contact us for details.
- Room naming rights of the largest room with company banners throughout the event (provided by Sponsor)
- Product marketing in our advertising and a full page advert in our event program
- Potential for product exclusivity (negotiable)
- A table in the registration area (includes 2 chairs and space for merchandise/banner)

- A special award presentation at the Opening Ceremonies of the event

We are always open to professional suggestions on how else we can thank you for your generosity. Prize donations or service donations may be considered in lieu of cash at equivalent value.
