Sword & Knife Sharpening

In this class, I will explain the methods and procedures I use for sharpening everything from competition swords to kitchen knives. I will demonstrate on a Harbor Freight 1×30 sander using techniques that can scale up to professional 2×72 grinders and down to smaller Ken Onion-style sharpeners. Even if you never intend to sharpen your own blade, the knowledge in this course will help you understand the properties of a good edge and learn to check it with no additional tools or props besides your own hands and eyes.
