Keith Jennings is Co-Founder of Forteza Fitness and Martial Arts, and is the head instructor of the Forteza Combatives Method. Keith started his martial arts training at a young age, starting in traditional Okinawan and Korean martial arts. After earning his Black Belt and competing in the martial sport world, Keith turned his focus on the more pragmatic comabtives systems. Keith splits his time training in Medieval and Renaissance Italian swordsmanship and Close Quarters Combat, and modern, real-world self defense training.
