CombatCon™ will be held at the amazing FLAMINGO HOTEL AND CASINO.
This incredible venue offers much at room prices that are simply unbeatable. Room rates will be $60/night Sunday–Thursday and $114/night Friday–Saturday for the Run of House rooms (the standard room but if a nicer room is available you will be upgraded for free). This is the lowest price you will find (but let us know if you find lower!) and is only available till Monday, July 2nd. Note: you may need to scroll down to see those prices when you make the reservation.
All other rooms are also available at a discounted price so let them know if you want to upgrade (*see bottom of page for rates)!

*All reservations made via the telephone call center will be assessed a fee of $15 plus current sales tax, per reservation. This fee will not apply to reservations made via the internet.
The Resort Fee has been reduced from $30.00 to $20.00 (plus 12% tax) per room, per day, and will be added to the room rate. The Resort Fee provides guests with:
• Unlimited local phone calls (no long distance or international calls)
• Two (2) Guest admissions per day to the Fitness Center.
• In-Room Internet access to include two (2) device per room per day (Property-wide roaming available for an additional fee.)
Standard rates are for single and double occupancy. Additional persons will be charged at a rate of $30.00 per person, per night, with a maximum of four (4) persons per guestroom.
Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Any departures after 11:00 AM are subject to the full day charge.
There is an additional fee for early check-ins, in 2017 that was $30.
The lines are typically long to check-in, so we recommend using the express check-in/check-out kiosks or make sure to include your email address when making your reservation and they will email you an online check-in process.
PAYMENT METHOD & TERMS
Hotel accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or Diners Club.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit for the first night’s guestroom and tax charge. If reservation is guaranteed to a credit card, the first night’s guestroom and tax charge, per guestroom, will be billed immediately to the cardholder’s account.
Hotel allows individual cancellations without penalty up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the arrival date. Hotel shall charge one (1) night’s guaranteed guestroom rate plus tax for cancellation within seventy-two (72) hours of the scheduled arrival date or failure of the individual to check-in on the scheduled arrival date. Any remaining nights of a “no-show” reservation will be canceled. It is policy to require a credit card or cash deposit for incidental charges.
Each guestroom must have at least one registered guest twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
