REGISTERING BY PHONE

You may also use our group code to identify the group- 2021 group code will be available soon. Please remember, you are saving $15/day in resort fees by booking this way.
*All reservations made via the telephone call center will be assessed a fee of $15 plus current sales tax, per reservation. This fee will not apply to reservations made via the internet.
The Resort Fee has been reduced from $35.00 to $20.00 (plus 12% tax) per room, per day, and will be added to the room rate. The Resort Fee provides guests with:
Unlimited local phone calls (no long distance or international calls)
Two (2) Guest admissions per day to the Fitness Center.
In-Room Internet access to include two (2) device per room per day (Property-wide roaming available for an additional fee.)
Standard rates are for single and double occupancy. Additional persons will be charged at a rate of $30.00 per person, per night, with a maximum of four (4) persons per guestroom.
Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Any departures after 11:00 AM are subject to the full day charge.
There is an additional fee for early check-ins, in 2018 that was $40.
The lines are typically long to check-in, so we recommend using the express check-in/check-out kiosks or make sure to include your email address when making your reservation and they will email you an online check-in process.
Upon arrival the Flamingo will need a credit card for incidentals. It’s a hold of $50/night (so a 5 night stay will put a $250 hold on your card) which is released upon checkout.
PAYMENT METHOD & TERMS
Hotel accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or Diners Club.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit for the first night’s guestroom and tax charge. If reservation is guaranteed to a credit card, the first night’s guestroom and tax charge, per guestroom, will be billed immediately to the cardholder’s account.
Hotel allows individual cancellations without penalty up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the arrival date. Hotel shall charge one (1) night’s guaranteed guestroom rate plus tax for cancellation within seventy-two (72) hours of the scheduled arrival date or failure of the individual to check-in on the scheduled arrival date. Any remaining nights of a “no-show” reservation will be canceled. It is policy to require a credit card or cash deposit for incidental charges.
Each guestroom must have at least one registered guest twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
