CombatCon is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your wares and services in front of hundreds of martial artists, writers, actors, cosplayers, and fans! 2019 saw over 1,000 people pass through this area. Our Vendor booths are located in the heart of the event (just outside the HEMA Tournament and TSL Saber tournament area).
The CombatCon Vendor Hall is usually free and open to the public (as well as all the participants of the event), but in 2021 it was only open to participants. Hopefully it will be open to the public again in 2022.

Registration for our Vendor Booths is now open, but we have filled up! If you would like to be added to the waitlist (in case someone needs to drop out), please email us at email@example.com.
We are delighted to announce we will be opening a new area for vendors that have been wait-listed. You are invited to become a part of our Experience Hall, which we are planning to have open to the public.
Inside this spacious ballroom will be our Author’s Alley, various exhibitor groups of armored combat, a free swordfighting lesson and several large rings for demonstrations and fun!
We are pleased to offer standard booths in this new vendor area. The Experience Hall is on the main convention floor where all of the action is going on but is near the main hotel lobby escalators for easier access to the public.
Please note that as with all areas of our convention space, CombatCon is not liable for the security of any property at any time. While deterrents will be put in place, the only sure security of your wares is with your person at all times. We are happy to explain the plan in more detail upon request.
After July 1st, if you are registering for a table we will be able to accommodate it, but the program will already have gone to print, so you will not be shown in the program.
